1st batch on the new brewery.  And things went wrong early on.  The RIMS system clogged during the mash.  And when trying to clear it I ran the temp up to 180deg.   Then the sparge went way to fast.

I still put it all the way though so we will see how badly this really turns out.

 

TURNED OUT LIKE CRAP.  WILL BE DUMPING THIS BATCH.
